All color services are done in the privacy of our color room by our fully trained
staff. All color formulas are created under the supervision of Carolyn our master colorist. Pricing may vary due
to length texture and condition of hair.
All color and texture services require a credit card for reservation. Please give
24 hrs notice of cancellation or credit card will be charged 50% service fee. For the comfort of all clients please
keep cell phone use for emergencies only.

If you are unhappy the day of the service, let us know right away and we will correct it on the spot at no additional
charge. Wear the color and design for a full fourteen days. If it does not live up to you expectations of quality
and longevity— or if for any reason whatsoever you are dissatisfied— simply let us know and we will schedule an
appointment for you so that we can adjust the color or style to your satisfaction. Your pleasure and satisfaction
is our purpose.
